Directions: 

Pour 8-12 oz of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover and steep for at least 15 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag to ensure highest potency. Drink 1-3 cups a day. For loose tea, pour 8-12 oz of freshly boiled water over 1 Tablespoon of herb. Tip: Use 1 bag in a 1 pint mason jar or 2 bags in a 1 quart mason jar first thing in the morning and drink throughout the day or as needed.
